Feature

Application and web usage, categorised your way

Knowing that someone was active for seven hours is useful. Knowing which seven hours went to the CRM, the ticket queue, spreadsheets or a browser tab nobody can justify is what actually changes how a team works.

Applications · this week
CRM 11h 20m
Excel 6h 05m
Outlook 4h 40m

What you get

How it works in practice

Your categories, not ours

A design tool is core work in one team and a distraction in another. You define which applications count as productive.

Usage by team and role

See how the tool mix differs between roles and sites — often the first real evidence of a training or licensing problem.

Privacy-first capture

Application and domain names only. No page content, no message bodies, no document contents, no keystrokes.

Optional screenshots

Where a client contract or compliance regime requires them, periodic blurred screenshots can be enabled per team — off by default.

The shape of it

What this module is actually doing

App and site usage grouped into productive, neutral and non-work categories you control.

The drawing is a diagram, not a screenshot and not a customer's data. Every graphic on this site is generated from our own geometry rather than sourced as an image, which is also why you will not find a stock photograph or a borrowed dashboard anywhere on it.

Application and domain names only. No page content, no message bodies, no keystrokes.

Questions

What people ask about this

Do you capture what is on the screen?

Only if your administrator explicitly enables the optional screenshot feature for a team. It is disabled by default, employees are shown when it is on, and images can be blurred.

Do you record website page content or URLs?

Domain level only — for example "docs.google.com", not the specific document. Full URLs, page contents and form data are never captured.

Can we exclude personal applications?

Yes. Administrators can exclude named applications and domains entirely, and enable a private mode for defined periods such as banking or personal admin.
