How the tiers stack

You are buying depth, not access

Every plan measures the whole working day with the same agent, and every plan gives each employee their own dashboard. What a higher tier adds is history, control and integration — longer data retention, shift and roster tooling, scoped access, SSO, the API, and data residency.

Nothing that protects the person being measured is behind a paywall, which is deliberate: transparency stops being credible the moment it becomes an upsell.

You want covert monitoring

There is no hidden mode and we will not build one. The agent is always visible to the person it is running on.

You want to rank individuals

Activity is not output. Using it to build a league table costs you your best people within two quarters.

You need GPS or field tracking

We measure desk-based and hybrid work. For a mobile workforce, a field-service tool will serve you better.

Billing

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days on the Growth plan, with no credit card required. You can invite your whole team during the trial.

How does per-user billing work?

You are billed for active users each month. Deactivate someone and they stop counting from the next cycle; there is no charge for former staff sitting in your history.

Can we change plans later?

Any time, in both directions. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing date.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No setup fees on Starter, Growth or Business. Enterprise deployments include a scoped onboarding programme, priced with the agreement.

What happens if we cancel?

Cancel any time from the billing screen. You keep access to the end of the paid period, and you can export all of your data before it is deleted.

Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?

Yes. Contact us with details of your organisation and we will apply the relevant discount.

Which currencies do you bill in?

AUD, USD, GBP and EUR. Prices shown here are in AUD, excluding GST where applicable.
